The All Mountain Program concept aims to address the transitioning needs of young racers who have either recently graduated from the Nancy Greene Ski League, are new to racing or who have previously raced but want to continue to expand their all mountain skiing skills yet still participate in local competitions. The time, travel and financial commitment levels of this program are designed to keep developing talent involved in the sport with the believe that regardless of an individuals competitive aspirations that they can benefit from a structured skill acquisition program which may inspire them to a more competitive direction at some future time.

There are two distinct tiers to the All Mountain program:

ALL MOUNTAIN PROGRAM (Saturdays only) targets young racers (ages 11-17) who are still very much in the “train to train” mode meaning that the majority of their time will be spent on all mountain skill development through “free ride” tasks with their coach. There will be some exposure to gates and drills but there is no specific competitions planned other than internal time trials or club fun races. The program runs on Saturdays only from early January through to early March.

TeckAll Mountain Racer "X" (Weekends plus zone competitions) focuses on racers (ages 11-17) who desire a weekend program which combines cross training skills of “free ride” with gate training about half of the time. All Mountain Racer "X" members are eligible and encouraged to enter local Teck races within the Kootenay Zone including a planned “Skier X” tentatively planned for mid-February in Rossland, BC. Racers in this program are ineligible for “out of zone” competitions including provincials, BC Winter Games, Westerns, Nationals Championships and Whistler Cup. The program begins after Christmas and extends through on weekends until zone finals in early April. Fall dryland training program and two snow camps are available as an add-on to this program.

Program Upgrades
It is possible to move up to the next level of program at any point throughout season. However, the coaching staff must support the change and there would be a pro-rated, premium fee accessed.
